Stayed here with my family and overall really enjoyed this apartment. Staff was friendly and amicable. A dryer and a bidet were a bonus. The setting was marvellous and perfect. And it was walking distance to restaurants and pubs too.

Anita made everything for all of us. It was in a great and perfect place.

The apartment's location is great and unbeatable, right by other popular areas like Oxford Street, Regent Street, Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, and more for dining. The washroom is well-equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

elevator smell

The location was fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions and entertainment venues. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the apartment was clean, which was a major plus.

The exterior of the building was a bit unkempt and had graffiti, which didn't create a good first impression. the lack of assistance with carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was inconvenient.

We arrived at the hotel late in the taxi and were immediately struck by its convenient location in the heart of the city. The room we stayed in had all the necessary facilities and was clean. The bathroom, although slightly outdated, was functional and had hot water. The staff provided helpful service during our stay. Despite not having breakfast included, there were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The outside of the hotel had some graffiti, which was a bit off-putting.
